Hi, my name is Stephanie Cheng and I am a pets enthusiast as well as an animal lover from Malaysia. You can follow me on Facebook at Stephanie C to receive updates and events.

Here is a short story on why I created this blog.
Ever since I was a little girl, I grew up loving nature and all of it's wonders.
My best friend when I was around 3 years of age(I guess), was a plush pit bull/bulldog/boxer named Kiki gifted to me by my grandmother on my birthday which is on the 7th day of the 10th month. I would go almost everywhere with Kiki by my side during my childhood. Kinda like a pet.

When I turned 5, I started having human friends and most of them were my neighbors. At least 3 of them anyway. I would sometimes influence them to act like animals during our playtime when we we bored with imitating adults. Most kids would be jumping up and down on their parent's bed/their own bed like a trampoline at this age, but I was bucking like a bull imagining I was a bull or a bronco at a rodeo trying to buck a rider off. My sister and some friends thought it was weird, but when I got them to join in, we were laughing our asses off acting like asses(LOL).
Yes, those animals that are actually donkeys are called asses too. Maybe I'll write a post about it in later times.

Pets were a definite part of my childhood. Dogs, fish, turtles, rabbits, chickens and hamsters. However, being a kid, I did not know much about pet care and I did so many mistakes that lead to really sad endings for my furry, feathery, scaly or shelled friends.

However, thanks to Steve Irwin, Jeff Corwin, Michael Jackson, Eliza Thornberry from the cartoon The Wild Thornberrys, and National Geography, I found guidance in my life. I managed to grow up and expand my world. I stopped having personal pets till I know I am capable of caring for them, which I happily am today.

I've learn so much about life through animals. Compassion, survival, teamwork, and most importantly what makes us human. To know what is right from wrong and to always choose to do what is right in this world.

Hence, this blog is a way for me to help others to not make the mistakes I've done in the past by sharing my stories, knowledge and experiences on pets. My aim is to spread the joy, love and that wonderful experience you could only get with a furry friend.

Let our ADVENTURE begin...

It takes a pet and it's human to embark on this journey...
